At Vintage Heat Box, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the Website.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on:

  • public holidays,
  • exceptional logistical circumstances.

Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to selected countries within Europe and, where available, other international destinations displayed at checkout.

If your country is available at checkout, this means we currently offer shipping to that location.

Vintage Heat Box reserves the right to modify, restrict, or suspend shipping to certain destinations at any time.

  • parcel size,

  • incorrect delivery information.

Vintage Heat Box shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.


8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Vintage Heat Box shall not be held liable for failed delivery, delay, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • refusal of delivery,
  • failure to collect the parcel,

additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.


9. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

For orders shipped within eligible European destinations, no additional customs fees should normally apply where goods are shipped from within Europe.

However, for certain destinations outside the applicable shipping zone, customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, or other charges may apply depending on the laws of the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Vintage Heat Box is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.


10. Failed, Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may open an investigation with the carrier where appropriate.

Please note:

  • a parcel marked as delivered by the carrier may not automatically qualify as lost;
  • Vintage Heat Box is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the Customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Any shipping issue must be reported within a reasonable timeframe to allow us to assist effectively.


11. Damaged Parcels or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives visibly damaged or incomplete, you should contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the parcel,
  • clear photos of the item(s) received,
  • a brief explanation of the issue.

As Vintage Heat Box sells vintage and second-hand clothing, customers acknowledge that garments may naturally show minor signs of wear or age-related imperfections, which do not automatically constitute shipping damage or product defect.

12. Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels or in separate shipments.

If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

No additional shipping fee will be charged unless clearly communicated otherwise before dispatch.


13. Order Refusal or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the Customer or not collected within the carrier’s timeframe and is returned to us, we reserve the right to:

  • deduct the original shipping costs,
  • deduct any return shipping or carrier handling fees,
  • deduct any customs or administrative fees where applicable,

before issuing any refund, where legally permitted.
