All Vintage Heat Mystery Boxes are individually curated and prepared to order. Each box is assembled specifically for the customer at the time of purchase, which means delivery times may be slightly longer than standard retail operations. This allows us to maintain a high level of consistency, selection, and quality control across every order.

Estimated total delivery timeframes are as follows:

Europe: approximately 1 to 2 weeks

Rest of the world: approximately 2 to 4 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, box size, destination country, and stock availability. Larger orders or multiple-box purchases may require additional handling time due to the number of garments being individually selected and prepared.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, tracking information will be provided where available. If tracking shows a status such as “label created” or “awaiting parcel,” this simply means your order has been prepared and is pending collection or processing by the carrier. Short delays between label creation and the first carrier update are normal.

For orders shipped outside of Europe, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these estimated delivery timeframes. Orders shipped within these stated timeframes do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund, or payment dispute.
